  • National Religious Vocation Conference

Looking for ideas to celebrate World Day for Consecrated Life on February 2? The NRVC has information and resources to help communities reflect on and promote the beauty of this way of life. Consider using one or more of our resources that help make it easy for your community to reflect on information from the 2020 NRVC/CARA Study of Newer Vocations to Religious Life

Just a courtesy reminder that NRVC members can apply to the National Fund for Catholic Religious Vocations (NFCRV) until April 22, 2022, for applicants to religious life who have educational debt.   • National Religious Retirement Office

The National Religious Retirement Office (NRRO) recently mailed Direct Care Assistance (DCA) information to all religious institutes registered in the NRRO database. The DCA application is the entryway to NRRO funding. 

All institutes are urged to complete the form, even if not applying or eligible for financial assistance. The data you provide helps the NRRO to create a more comprehensive assessment of retirement needs and funding among US religious institutes. Join the Saint John Vianney Center for their next Online Monthly Support Meetings for Men Religious Leadership on January 20, 2022 at 4pm ET. These meetings take place every third Thursday of the month. This is an additional resource for leadership to discuss the wellness of those entrusted to their care and offers time for faith sharing and support of one another. There is no cost to attend.   • 15th Institute for Seminary Formators

The Institute for Seminary Formators is presented and sponsored by the Society of St. Sulpice, Province of the United States, as a formational program for those who minister within the seminary as an advisor, spiritual director or a member of the formation team. It consists of two components, an in-person segment (June 5-10, 2022) and a series of three online sessions (September 22, 2022; November 3, 2022; and February 9, 2023). The in-person segment will take place at Theological College in Washington, DC. The daily schedule includes morning prayer, two conferences, Mass, and social time.
