Overview of the Program of Priestly Formation, 6th edition
Fr. Luke Ballman and Fr. Daniel Hanley from the Committee on Clergy, Consecrated Life and Vocations will give an overview of the changes, differences in terminology, and new emphases contained in the latest edition of the PPF. There will also be an opportunity to discuss with other leaders what these changes mean for your institute and how the PPF can be integrated into your communal formation process.

The Formation of Priests in Consecrated Life
After several years of preparation, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops approved the Program for Priestly Formation, 6th ed., which engages recent developments in the Church and society that impact the preparation of candidates for the priesthood. This webinar with Fr. Sean Sheridan, TOR – a canonist and vicar general for his order – will address select canonical issues related to the implementation of the USCCB’s PPF, 6th ed. The discussion will focus on issues of importance to major superiors, provincial councilors, and formation directors and include opportunities to engage each other in conversation related to these issues.
