While change is a part of life, few look for it. And yet, change occurs. We can either ignore it or attend to it. The changing realities of male religious life are many and varied. Each community has some differences, but as our CARA survey of major superiors showed several issues and challenges are similar. We can either take a fatalist stance or one of hope. Our 2024 National Assembly will help leaders in realistic reflection and decision-making that can lead to greater renewal.
| Throughout our National Assembly, there are times for prayer, fellowship, and exchange of experiences in leadership. We highly encourage leadership teams to participate together in the Assembly. Please look through this newsletter for more detailed information.
