Join other male religious leaders in reflecting upon and exploring leadership as religious, using "The Art of Leadership" by Abbot Primate Notker Wolf, OSB, and Sister Enrica Rosanna, to spur the conversation (140 pages, 16 short chapters). We will meet online for four, 45-minute sessions. Each session will focus on a different theme, including connecting charism and leadership, collaboration skills in community life, and listening.
