This workshop will have two sessions, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.

Moving into leadership as a major superior or councilor means taking on new responsibilities. Whether you are new to the role, returning to leadership, or have been in leadership for a year or two, our New Leader Workshop  provides practical resources, expert speakers, and a chance to spend time with others in a similar situation to learn what you need to know (even in a pandemic), share experiences and challenges, and ask questions.

This fall workshop was added at the request of members and will be held online. Sessions meet 2:30-4:30 p.m. ET:

• Nov. 3: New Leader Essentials (10 in 30, leadership styles, and resources; Rev. Frank Donio, SAC, and Tom Southard)
• Dec. 1: Critical Topics (safeguarding; finances; communications; and navigating personnel issues among your men: Deacon Steven DeMartino; Deacon Mark Fontana; Susan Gibbs; Dr. Emily Cash)

We also will have time on another date to discuss canon and civil law for leaders, and additional resources.
